School smoothie competition winners! 23 Mar

For a week from Monday 22 January school children took part in a fun-filled morning of activities at the Showground, including porridge and smoothie making. After their fun-filled day, pupils were set the challenge of creating their very own smoothie recipe when they went back to school.

Rosie Crust, our Education and Development Officer and Ruth Wilkinson from Karu visited North Scarle Primary School to present prizes to the winners. Congratulations to Hannah Puller, who won Best Smoothie Design and Bonnie Giles, who won Best Recipe!

Hannah and Bonnie both won a recipe book each, family tickets to Countryside Lincs and a funky egg cup and toast cutter, kindly donated by Scaman's Eggs.
