Refund Policy

This refund policy sets out how Lincolnshire Showground issues refunds

Please ensure that you read the trade regulations relating to the event for which you are applying for a trade space, as each event has their own deposit, payment and cancellation terms.

Exhibitors must complete an application form and supply the necessary accompanying documents required for all events, as well as following the payment terms set out in the trade regulations to secure your space. 

For the Lincolnshire Farming Conference, Countryside Lincs and Fireworks at the Showground, deposits and payments made for trade spaces are non-refundable, except in the unlikely case that the organiser cancels, moves or reschedules the event. In any of these circumstances, please contact the Lincolnshire Showground directly.
