An #Epic offer to celebrate a decade of amazing events! 11 Jan

2019 marks a special year for the Lincolnshire Showground as the Epic Centre celebrates its 10th birthday, and what a fantastic decade it has been! To celebrate, we're offering 10% off new bookings and catering for events in March, April and May 2019.

We're an events venue with a difference. Aside from the 270 acres of land on offer for outdoors events, the Showground also has a number of flexible indoor spaces available, including our award-winning, eco-friendly Epic Centre.

Boasting three exhibition halls, six upstairs meeting rooms, a full equipped catering kitchen and space to cater for up to 1,200 banqueting style, the Epic Centre is a blank canvas offering unique opportunities to creating an outstanding event.

The ground floor is a vast 1,836 square meters, which can be used entirely or partitioned into two or three spacious halls. With roller-shutter doors at each end (which are large enough to drive even a combine harvester through!), it's one of the largest and flexible spaces in the region.

The six smaller meeting rooms, located on our first floor with views across the Showground, have the same partitions which allow them to be separated into a variety of sizes depending on your requirements. These meeting rooms lead out onto our terrace and work perfectly for smaller events, meetings or for breakout sessions

The Epic Centre is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a high quality catering team, décor and AV support all on hand. Most importantly, our dedicated team are on site to help you to put together and execute a successful event. Whether you'd like a full event planning service or you're a dab hand at the events business, we're here to help you every step of the way.

If the Epic Centre sounds like the ideal place to hold your next event, contact us on events@lincolnshireshowground.co.uk or call 01522 522900. To use this offer please quote: EPIC10JAN.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The event must fall within the months of March, April or May 2019.
  • The booking must be for an event to be held in the Epic Centre.
  • No bookings in the diary as a provisional or confirmed can use this offer.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • If the event is not a conference then the catering offer will only stand for guest numbers above 200.
