Here at the Lincolnshire Showground, we have lots of departments, including Charity, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Communications, Sales, and Finance, but we all work together as one big team.
Although we all have different job roles, be it indoors or outdoors, we’re all working hard towards our one common passion - the Lincolnshire Showground.
To actively lead on all aspects of the maintenance of the site and premises of the Showground 365 days a year ensuring effective and efficient management of the Facilities staff, temporary labour and external contractors.
Support the Head of Operations and deputise in their absence.
The Lincolnshire Showground is owned by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, a charitable organisation established back in 1869 whose objectives are to educate the county about food, farming and a sustainable environment.
Although our roots continue to be embedded in agriculture, we've diversified over the years to create a multi-purpose environment offering a wide range of services and events for the region and beyond.
