Pin Gin cocktails 28 Jun
Gin lovers, rejoice! Our Grow with the Show winners, Bottomley Distillers who produce Pin Gin, share some delicious cocktail recipes with us.
For the Elderflower Collins
50ml Pin Gin
20ml Freshly squeezed
lemon juice - this will keep in the fridge for ages!
10ml Sugar Syrup - you can buy this, but is really easy
to make, 2:1 sugar to water and will
keep for ages too!
10ml Elderflower
Cordial - we like the Belvoir one!
Shake up the Pin Gin, lemon, sugar syrup and elderflower in a cocktail shaker, pour over cubed ice
and then top with soda to finish.
Ideal in a tumbler
or a high-ball glass.
For the Pin and Tonic
50ml Pin Gin
Strawberries
Lime
Tonic - we like Fever Tree!
Serve in a balloon glass with 50ml Pin Gin, fresh strawberries and a squeeze of a fresh lime. Topped up with a premium tonic.
