Breakfast is served! 30 Jan
With the invaluable help and support from Ruth at Wooden Spoon & Whisk, all 150 pupils that came to visit us over the week left with full bellies and brimming with enthusiasm and new knowledge about their breakfast. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who kindly supported us this week especially Ruth for giving her time and expertise, Tesco for kindly providing all the produce (you’d be surprised how much food little ones can eat!) and Alford NFU.
Finally we asked the children what their favourite part of the morning was and here’s what a few said:
“Eating porridge because it is healthy and also it is nice and hot”
“My favourite part was trying the smoothie because they tasted excellent”
“The eating part, milking the cow, making porridge, making my own plant pot and having a smoothie”
