Construction Week 17 Sep

From the 30th September to 2nd October the Showground will be a hive of activity. We will be working alongside LGTA (Lincoln Group Training Association) in conjunction with CITB and Lincolnshire & Rutland EBP to hold a career taster event for Lincolnshire school children, to introduce them into the construction industry.

For the three days, the Showground will be converted into a workshop for over 16 different activities including; joinery, plastering, plumbing, building, painting and decorating.

As well as trying the various activities for themselves the students will be able to quiz the professionals on the industry, and what day to day life is like. Pupils from schools all over the county will attend the event, which is supported by companies and organisatoins from across Lincolnshire. Lincolnshire students will be getting an insight into the construction industry from the best in the business
