We're getting ready to welcome you back 23 Jul

From the 1st of October, it is expected that events of all types, such as exhibitions, conferences will be allowed to take place with social distancing measures in place.

We're getting ready to welcome you back to the Showground and our indoor venues for safe events.

We want to reassure you, our event organisers and visitors that we have been working hard over the last few months to prepare to re-open our venues for meetings, conferences and events.

During the lockdown period, we remained operational as a drive-through Covid-19 testing site utilising the outdoor space on the Showground. Our indoor venues are now being prepared to re-open with enhanced hygiene and safety measures in place.

To safely re-open our indoor venues from the 1st August, we have put the following measures in place:

  • Hand sanitiser stations throughout the building
  • Automatic doors on entry
  • Track and trace system in place
  • Social distancing signage
  • COVID-19 compliant caterers
  • Enhanced cleaning measures
  • COVID-19 signage throughout the building
  • Removal of paper pads and pens to avoid cross-contamination (we will be encouraging attendees to bring their own)

The Lincolnshire Showground offers 270 acres of multifunctional space and our award-winning Epic Centre is a vast 1,836mwhich can be used entirely or partitioned into two or three spacious halls - it's one of the largest and most flexible event spaces in the region.

Our upstairs meeting rooms have partitions which allow them to be separated into a variety of sizes depending on your requirements, these rooms lead out onto our terrace with views across the Showground - the perfect area for to enjoy lunch outside. We also have a large car park with enough space to ensure a safe distance between parked cars.

We want to work together to make your event happen and we are ready to host your meeting, conference or event safely and securely. If you're interested in holding an event with us, please contact events@lincolnshireshowground.co.uk.
