Lincolnshire Food and Gift Fair 2015 27 Jul

Picture the scene: it’s the end of November, perhaps you haven’t had time yet to do your Christmas shopping, perhaps you know what you want to buy but haven’t found it, or perhaps you’re still clueless trying to think of something for your second cousin once removed on your mother’s side. Either way, you need a solution before the holiday crowds really start to mob the shopping centres (if they haven’t already!)

Whilst we may only be approaching August, the team here at the Lincolnshire Showground are busy preparing and planning for the Lincolnshire Food and Gift Fair on November 28th-29th 2015. With an eclectic mix of seasonal food and gifts on offer, this is an event with something for everyone.

A selection of delicious local produce, gift stalls and workshops make the Food and Gift Fair the best way to kick start your Christmas preparations. With this being the fifteenth year of the Show, we are working hard to constantly improve the event; boasting two indoors halls, craft workshops, cookery demonstrations and a large marquee- this is the second largest annual event at the Lincolnshire Showground. With tonnes of Christmas dinner inspiration, presents for loved ones and scrumptious food and drink to keep the family happy throughout the festive season, the Fair is the ideal place to stock up on those winter essentials.

Additionally, remember to look out for the craft workshops, cookery demonstrations, artisan bread making guide, and wreath making classes. Each of these activities gives you the opportunity to learn new skills and even take a sample home with you.

Members of the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society will be invited to an exclusive preview evening on Friday 27th November, with an opportunity for a sneak peek and to enjoy live music from a local artist. Make sure you have this weekend in your diary and keep an eye out for further updates.
