6 reasons to bring your event to the Epic Centre 24 Jul

The eco-friendly Epic Centre has the capacity to host events for 10 to 1650 people across 1,836 square metres of purpose built space. The Epic Centre can be transformed into whatever you want it to be - a meeting room, exhibition space, conference hall, wedding reception, private event space and so much more!

1. Location

Our 270 acres of multifunctional space is based just four miles north of Lincoln city centre, and we're proud to host hundreds of different diverse and exciting events each and every year. The Lincolnshire Showground is situated in Lincolnshire Countryside and benefits from acres of green space and fresh air, perfect for event organisers looking to take their events away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Why not hold your next meeting or conference in one of our fully-equipped meeting rooms and take staff outside for a team-building activity.

2. Free parking

We have unlimited free parking on the Showground - with space for up to 30,000 cars!

3. Flexibility

The Epic Centre's flexible ground floor can be used as one large space to cater for up to 1,000 people or split into three halls for medium-sized events. For smaller meetings or breakout sessions, the Epic Centre's first-floor suites are ideal as meeting rooms, with dividing walls and floor to ceiling views across the Showground - and some of the best views in Lincoln (in our opinion)!

4. Award-winning AV equipment

All halls and suites in the Epic Centre have been installed with award-winning AV equipment  - find out more here!

5. The Showground team

Our team have experienced and put together thousands of different events over the years, so we're able to offer a unique level of support in helping you to plan yours. The Showground and facilities team know the venue inside out, and during your event will be on hand to make sure everything goes smoothly, including offering on-call AV support.

6. Eco-credentials

Built in 2008, the award-winning Epic Centre is one of the greenest conference centres in the UK. Built to the highest environmental standards, the sustainable timber-built building demonstrated the latest developments in energy efficiency, complete with a biomass boiler and a sedum roof for rainwater harvesting. We also bottle our own still and sparkling water on-site and use recycled cups.

Over the past 10 years, the venue has played host to wedding shows, award ceremonies, music concerts, clothing sales, plus the much loved Lincolnshire Food and Gift Fair, Countryside Lincs and many more. It really has been a decade of amazing events that have been enjoyed by thousands of visitors each and every year.
