Lincolnshire Show - times, tickets and all you need to know! 11 Jun

When is the Lincolnshire Show?

Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 June. Doors open from 8am to 6pm on both days.

What is it?

The Lincolnshire Show is organised by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, a registered charity whose aims are to educate about food, farming and the countryside.

The Lincolnshire Show attracts more than 60,000 visitors per year across the two-day event. Aimed at all ages, the Show will host a number of exciting animal displays, daring stunts and lively music in the Main Ring, as well as offering visitors the chance to explore cockpits, meet local aviation heritage centres and try Ferry Ales Brewery’s special Bastian Ale in the dedicated Aviation Zone.

Visitors will be able to satisfy their shopping habit by visiting more than 600 trade stands offering everything from clothes, jewellery and shoes to cars, lawnmowers and hot tubs as well as take home beautiful floral displays from the flower show.

For foodies, Lincolnshire producers will showcase the very best of their wares, with national and international specialities on offer as well as live cookery demonstrations from top local chefs and producers in The Lincolnshire Kitchen.

What’s new for 2018?

This year the Show will be celebrating 100 years since the end of World War I as well as the RAF Centenary, which forms an important part of Lincolnshire’s rich history. Visitors will be able to enjoy entertainment, activities and displays around the Show relating to the theme.

The Show team has confirmed that the RAF Falcons will be making a special appearance both days and families can experience exciting RAF fly pasts from a Dakota, Spitfire and the Red Arrows too.

There’s also a dedicated Kids Zone. The Showground has plenty of changing facilities and both HomeStart Lincolnshire and the Rotary offer breastfeeding areas.
