The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, NFU Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire YFC are working together to bring this exciting initiative back for 2022 - to take a tractor into every Lincolnshire School!
This initiative aims to educate future generations about the importance of food, farming and the countryside by taking a tractor into schools across the county.
The Tractors into Schools 2020 campaign was a great success:
- 40 Lincolnshire schools enjoyed a visit
- 2,800 school children took part
Would you like to get involved in the initiative, to make it even bigger and better in 2022?
We want to build much closer links between schools and the farming community. By linking schools up with farmers this will help children gain a better understanding of what agriculture is all about and understand the role the tractor plays in bringing food to our tables.
