The next Lincolnshire Farming Conference will take place at Lincolnshire Showground on Thursday 13th February 2025, to discuss Inspiring the Next Generation.
In times of significant change and an ageing demographic of farmers, how can we inspire the next generation of food producers to take the reins in feeding a growing population?
The Lincolnshire Farming Conference 2025 brings together an exciting selection of speakers to answer that question with their own unique experiences, knowledge and journeys. Everyone is on their own path but we are all in this together and the opportunity to inspire has never been as crucial as it is now.
Speakers will discuss topics including multigenerational farming, tenancy and succession planning for your farm- equipping you with the knowledge to tackle farming in the future.
The Lincolnshire Farming Conference will also give delegates opportunity to network around the variety of exhibitors throughout the day and also take part in captivating workshops with our partners offering their services and offering advice within their field.
Further information will be shared over the coming month and tickets will go on sale in October. Tickets for LAS members are free as part of their membership package (registration required before the event).

Facilitators: Shakespeare Martineau, Streets Chartered Accountants, Brown & Co & J H Walter
There’s a lot to be said about life after the budget but what’s ever more important is to talk! Within this short session we aim to give you some guidance on what you may need to consider as a family farming business. The future might now look different but there’s still plenty of opportunity at our grasp, we might just need to look a bit differently and we’re here to help. We will talk through a family situation to help bring to life what needs to be considered, what actions should be taken, any tax, legal and farming business issues you need to consider and help put you and your family in a strong position to embrace life after the budget.
