In November we will celebrate Farmhouse Breakfast Week with local school children to learn all about healthy eating options and where our breakfast comes from!
For a whole week, school children from across the county are given the opportunity to get hands-on with lots of fun farm-to-fork interactive activities focused on the most important meal of the day - breakfast!
In November 2023, over 300 students from schools across Lincolnshire got involved with Farmhouse Breakfast Week!
“It has been brilliant, so many wonderful experiences for our children.” Our Lady of Lincoln Catholic Academy
“The workshops were very informative and knowledgeable. They kept the children’s attention and no two were the same.” Cherry Willingham Primary
“It was excellent! A good variety of practical and educational activities. The amount of activities meant the children were fully engaged and always busy. The day was brilliant. Thank you!” Charles Baines Primary School
“Volunteers were very knowledgeable and it was well organised” Ingoldmells Academy
“It has been fantastic!” Middle Rasen Primary School
The workshops are suitable for the KS2 primary age range and include a morning of activities for classes of up to 60 pupils.
