Countyside Lincs 2024: Carer Application

Guests who require a Carer for CountysideLincs 2024 are entitled to one Carer/Personal Assistant ticket at no extra charge. 

Use this form to apply for a free ticket. A member of the Showground Team needs to verify each form and then instruct See Tickets to issues a free ticket. 

Please note this form will ask you for a SeeTicket reference. Please purchase any non-carer tickets from SeeTickets before completing this form.

Applications open until 12 noon, Tuesday 9 April 2024. Applications after this time will not be considered. 

Useful Information

Documentation Required

One of these is required to apply​

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • A valid Blue Badge
  • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
  • A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
  • A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
  • Credibility’s Access Card with +1 symbol
  • A personal letter from GP, community nurse or social worker
  • War pensions mobility allowance
