The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, NFU, and Lincolnshire YFC are working together to bring this exciting initiative back for 2020 - to take a tractor into every Lincolnshire School!
This initiative aims to educate future generations about the importance of food, farming and the countryside by taking a tractor into schools across the county.
Our previous three ‘Tractors into Schools’ campaigns were very successful:
- 6,000 children took part in Tractors into Schools
- 176 farmers were involved in the project
- We visited 101 Schools

We want to build much closer links between schools and the farming community. By linking schools up with farmers, this will help children gain a better understanding of what agriculture is all about and understand the role the tractor plays in bringing food to our tables.
