Lincolnshire Showground

Celebrity television chef demonstrations and a selection of fine food producers and artisan products will whet the appetite at a new Taste of Lincolnshire event this Autumn.

The event will be set to showcase 100’s of food producers and wonderful street food set over 4 areas of the Showground; including an indoor seater theatre where TV chefs and bakers will demonstrate alongside local food heroes and some of the county’s top chefs and bakers.

With names like TV’s Dean Edwards and Molly Robbins from Extreme Cake makers booked alongside 'The Lincolnshire Chef’ Steve Bennett and Dan Gill, owner of Browns Pie Shop, with more still to be confirmed, it's looking like a real collective for the foodies to enjoy!

If you are bringing along the children then there is a real treat instore as there will be a children’s ‘Fun Village’ with a garden theme, stage shows from ‘Peter Rabbit’ and ‘Mr Bloom’ across the weekend and a chance to meet and greet. Along with the character shows there will be children’s gardening, including bee friendly flower planting, baking workshops, upcycling plus beach and sea life conservation.

We have a wide variety of workshops including fabulous local gin by Pin Gin, wine tasting classes by the Lincoln Wine School and even a local wine producers Hanwell estate just to name a few.

In the Festival Area, each day we have a line-up of local acoustic artists planned on the main stage of the festival area, chilli eating contests by the World famous ‘Chilli Bob’ and a selection of traditional fairground rides, all topped off with a vast selection of bars, artisan coffee stands plus amazing food vendors.
