What is the Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair?

Held at the Lincolnshire Showground, the two-day event and will see more than 150 exhibitor stands. The event will showcase a range of delicious treats and unique gift ideas, perfect for the festive season.

The Lincolnshire Food and Gift Fair is organised by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, a registered charity whose aims are to educate visitors about food, farming, and the countryside.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.

Are tickets valid on both days?

No, tickets will only admit once on one of the days. Tickets can not be used on both days.

Can I take items to my car and regain access to the event?

Yes, a stamp will be provided to anyone wanting to exit the event and re-enter on the same day only.

Is the Lincolnshire Food and Gift suitable for people with mobility issues?

Yes, the event is suitable for visitors with mobility issues.

Limited Blue Badge parking is available on hardstanding and forward parking will be available on grass once this is full. 

The Showground has disabled toilet facilities in both buildings and lift access to the first floor of the EPIC Centre. 

Can I get something to eat at the Fair?

Yes, the two buildings are joined by a covered walkway which will host hot food stands.

Can you bring your own food to the event?

No. As the event is a 'food' event, only food purchased from our catering concessions can be consumed.

Can I trade at the event?

For all trade enquiries please email trade@lincolnshireshowground.co.uk. Due to the high volume of enquiries, we can not accept trade enquiries via phone.

The event will open from 9am-4pm both days. Last admission is 3pm on both days.

When do tickets go off-sale?

Advanced tickets will go off-sale Friday 29th November at 11:59pm. 

Tickets can be purchased on the day subject to availability. 

Can I bring a Carer Companion/ Personal Assistant to the event?

Guests who require a carer are entitled to one Carer/Personal Assistant ticket at no extra charge.

Documentation Required

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • A valid Blue Badge
  • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
  • A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted.
  • A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
  • Credibility’s Access Card with +1 symbol
  • A personal letter from GP, community nurse or social worker
  • War pensions mobility allowance

​​An advanced ticket for a carer/personal assistant can be issued by completing the above with your SeeTickets confirmation number and documentation before 12 noon Monday 25th November 2024.

Is there parking at the event?

Yes, visitors will have access to FREE parking. Parking is on a grassed area near the main entrance of the event.

Access to the car park is via Gate 1 (LN2 2NA)

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Yes, the event is held across two indoor halls at the Lincolnshire Showground, connected by a covered walk-way.

Can I bring my dog?

No. As this event is held indoors we DO NOT allow dogs. 

Should you wish to bring an assistance dog, the Showground may ask for evidence to support you bringing an assistance dog to the event.

Do I need to bring cash to the event?

We strongly advise you to bring both cash and a card to the event as we can not guarantee all traders will accept one or the other. 

Cashback will be available from the ticket booth when buying your tickets or making a small purchase.

What safety measures are in place at the event?

For the safety of all visitors to the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission, and may, on occasion conduct security searches.

At peak times the event can get busy, so we have the right to halt entry to the event, or to operate a one-way system.
