The Lincolnshire Show is coming to town 18 May

Tractors, plenty of local produce, interactive activities and even reptiles will be setting up in the city to give shoppers the chance to experience some of the exciting attractions that are on offer at the Lincolnshire Show held on 21 and 22 June.

This year Show Comes to Town returns to Lincoln for the third year running and will be situated in Cornhill on Saturday 27 May from 10am until 3pm.

Jayne Southall, CEO at Lincolnshire Showground, said: "Show Comes to Town is a great opportunity for local people to get a taste of what's to come and meet some of our exhibitors ahead of the Lincolnshire Show in June, pick up advanced tickets at a discounted price and also enjoy meeting the Show team.

"Dozens of new, local exhibitors will be joining the action at this year's Show, and although we attract thousands of people each year we still want to show those who haven't been before or haven't attended for a while what's on offer at a smaller scale."

Visitors will be able to indulge in hot food from Boston Sausage, get involved in interactive activities from Lincoln City Football Club and sit in a tractor as well as meeting farmyard animals.

The event is free and advanced tickets for the Lincolnshire Show will be on sale at a discounted price of £18 for adults, £5 for children aged 5 - 16 and £39 for a family. Find out more at www.lincolnshireshow.co.uk
