At this year’s Lincolnshire Food and Gift, we’re introducing a QuietHour during the first hour of trading on Sunday morning (9:00am - 10:00am). This calmer period is designed to support visitors with sensory sensitivities or those who prefer a quieter shopping experience. During this time music and announcements will be paused, lighting will be dimmed and performances will not take place to help create a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the event in a quieter setting.

Guests who have a registered disability are entitled to 1 free companion with supporting documentation.

Guests who have the following documentation are entitled to one free essential companion ticket.

Yes, the event is suitable for visitors with mobility issues. Limited Blue Badge parking is available on hardstanding and forward parking will be available on grass once this is full.

The Showground has disabled toilet facilities in both buildings and lift access to the first floor of the EPIC Centre.

We strongly advise you to bring both cash and a card to the event as we can not guarantee all traders will accept one or the other.

Yes, visitors will have access to FREE parking. Parking is on a grassed area near the main entrance of the event.

The event is held across two indoor halls at the Lincolnshire Showground, connected by a covered walkway.

No. As this event is held indoors we DO NOT allow dogs.

No. As the event is a 'food' event, only food purchased from our catering concessions can be consumed.
