Countryside Lincs 2020

The 36th Annual Breed Show of The Irish Draught Horse Society (GB) will once again be held at Lincolnshire Showground on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 2015.

The programme ranges from Dressage and Performance Classes through Working Hunter to In-Hand Championships including the prestigious NFU Mutual ID Youngstock Challenge Classes, with a total prize fund of £1,000.00 plus the whole range of ridden classes, including The Blue Chip & IDHS (GB) £2,000 Challenge Final, with the winner receiving £1,000 and cash prizes down to 7th place.

There will also be a parade of IDHS (GB) Pure Bred and Part Bred (IDSH) Stallions, a Progeny Group class and the Supreme In-hand Championship at the end of the show. That's not to mention the Saturday night supper and party, where many visitors from Ireland come to join in the festivities. If you are the proud owner of an Irish Draught or Irish Draught Sport Horse, please come along and meet other like-minded people.

Useful information

Eating and Drinking
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch, or there are lots of places to grab a coffee or bite to eat around the Showground!

Toilets and baby changing facilities are available throughout the Showground, please see our event map for further information. A Mobiloo (pop-up Changing Places facility) will be available with hoist, adult sized changing bench and all else you’d expect to find in a fully accessible toilet.

Dogs are allowed in all areas except any indoor areas, we ask they are kept on a short fixed lead.

Child safety wristbands
On your way into Countryside Lincs, you will be offered a wristband to write your details on and put around your child's wrist.
