Christmas Party FAQs
If my numbers drop, will I be able to transfer my deposits onto drinks or deduct from my final payment?
Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and therefore would not be able to be put towards drinks or final payments.
We have 13+ people in our party; can we not just squeeze one more around the table?
We have 6ft round tables that can seat a maximum of 10 people and we cannot fit more chairs around the table.
A member of our party is under the age of 18, will they be allowed to attend if we make sure they do not consume alcohol?
No. Our Shared Christmas Parties are strictly 18+ and there will be an ID checking policy in place on the evening. Any under 18’s will be asked to leave the premises.
Can alcohol be brought into the party or taken off premises?
Due to our licencing conditions, no alcohol can be brought on site, and all alcohol purchased from us must be consumed on the night. Glassware & bottles are not permitted to leave the venue.

The dress code is smart dress, absolutely NO: ripped denim, T-shirts, football shirts, trainers, or baseball caps.
Footwear must be worn throughout the evening, if you fancy a dance without your heels then bring some flats.
I am no longer able to attend the party. Can I collect my food to take away?
No. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot offer the food for take away.
Can I pay by card on the night, or will I need cash?
